   Georgia's health department lists 17 conditions plus hospice care: ALS, Alzheimer's, autism, cancer, epidermolysis bullosa, stage III HIV, inflammatory bowel disease (like Crohn's), intractable pain, lupus, mitochondrial disease, MS, Parkinson's, severe peripheral neuropathy, PTSD (18+), seizure disorders, sickle cell disease and Tourette's. You must be 18+ and a Georgia resident, or a caregiver for a patient who is a minor.
